Pricing and Payment for Custom Jewelry

 

 

1. Gem Selection Details

Pay only for the gemstone you want to get started. Additional accent stones may be purchased as add-ons. Full disclosure of the price on each stone will be made prior to the next step. We’ll work within your established budget, or you can stop the process at any time and just purchase your original gemstone for custom gemstone jewelry.

2. Design Details

Pay 2/3 of total estimated price, less your original stone. Example:
Example:-
Cost of Gemstone: $150.
Total Price of Custom Jewelry Piece: $600 (less $150 for stone) = $450.
Payment Amount to Begin Production: ($450/3)*2 = $300.
Balance due upon completion: $150.

This step ensures your custom jewelry design is executed with precision and matches your vision. We specialize in custom earrings and other personalized pieces, giving you a unique creation from a trusted custom jewelry store.

3. Production Details

Final payment will be due once the piece has been completed and is ready to ship. You’ll be sent photos of the finished piece just to make sure it’s exactly what you want. Remember, if you’re not totally satisfied, please let us know within 2 weeks of receipt so we can make everything exactly as you envisioned your custom jewelry.

How It Works

 

 

STEP 1 – Gem Selection

First, select a gemstone or a group of stones from our online shop. Simply click the box at checkout to indicate that you’d like to purchase with the option of jewelry design. We also have small stones available from 2-5mm that are perfect to use for surrounds or as accent stones in your finished custom jewelry design. Additionally, we can source other stones such as emerald, sapphire, diamond, garnet, topaz, etc.

STEP 2 – Custom Jewelry Design

Next, provide us with some design direction, such as an inspiration photo with instructions (i.e., “no gemstones on bale” or “no gap between halo and center stone”). We’ll get to work on a mockup of your custom gemstone jewelry and communicate with you regarding any edits or changes. We’ll work with you until the mockup is exactly what you want to see. You can also send us a sketch of what you would like to see and have our experts create a 3D drawing with your stone.
Here is where we start to work on the true design, including the type of metal you want to use: sterling silver, gold, rose gold, white gold, platinum, etc. There’s also rhodium-plated silver for a low-cost alternative to white gold that will shine for years.
At this point, you will be given a quote for your finished piece. Two-thirds of the total price will be due to move your custom jewelry design into production.

STEP 3 – Production at Custom Jewelry Stores

The production process can take a little time, but it’s well worth it. Please allow at least 90-120 days for your custom jewelry to be completed and delivered to you.
 
Upon completion, the final 25% will be due. You’ll have your jewelry within 30 days. If you’re not completely thrilled with the finished product, please let us know. We’ll fix it or it’s 100% refundable within 2 weeks of delivery.
