Holley Blue Agate pendant in sterling silver

This one is a work of art. 
Holley Blue Agate from Oregon is a beautiful lavender colored chalcedony from the little town of Holley near Sweethome in Linn County. 
It's hard to come by these days because access to the mining site has not been open since the mid-90s. The only way to get this material now is to know a collector and get the best price you can. 
Not only is the center stone glorious with its faint banding, but all around is a halo of small Holley Blue Agate cabochons and even one on the bale.  It's set in 925 silver with little holly leaves and berries in a nod to the origin of this stone.
It comes on a nice 22" sterling silver rope chain,  included in the purchase price.
