This Oregon Sunstone oval has got some of the most beautiful schiller streaking across like a comet. The colors are a soft pastel peachy green bicolor.
Some Oregon Sunstones are known for its pleochroism, the ability to display different colors from different angles. The reason is the copper inclusions that also give it the shimmering effect known as aventurescence.
This stone weighs 2.62ct and measures 10×8.8mm. It would be absolutely beautiful in a ring as long as it’s for non-regular wear and placed in a protective setting. The stone would also look stunning in a pendant.

This stone looks a lot like a very expensive sunset tourmaline, but it's not. It's a bi-color Oregon Sunstone with shades of pink and gold.

Bicolor concave cut 3.85ct Oregon Sunstone
This stone originated at the Sunstone Butte mine.
This higher elevation mine (about 15 miles from the Sunstone Collection area) has an abundance of darker colored greens and bicolor Oregon Sunstones.
This one is cut in a rectangle with concave cuts on the sides to give it extra refraction. Photos just don't do this stone justice.
The stone weighs 3.85ct and measures 7.8x12mm.
Phenomenal 6.8ct red/gold bi-color Oregon Sunstone pear
This bright red and gold bi-color Oregon Sunstone has some brilliant color to it.
It shows some dazzling "schiller," the name for the tiny bits of copper inside the stone that catch the sun and shine so beautifully.
The color is mostly red with hints of orange and gold. As with most Oregon Sunstone, it will change depending upon the light and viewing angle.
