Returns and Shipping
At RoseGemShop, we take great care in packing and shipping our gemstones from Oregon all over the world, but we know sometimes there can be problems.
If you receive damaged merchandise, please provide a photo of the stone you received, showing the damage. We will make every effort to replace it with another stone of similar size and color. If this is not possible we will gladly refund 100% of your purchase price including shipping.
If you receive a stone and it's not exactly what you wanted, you can return it for a 100% refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving it (not including shipping).
Shipping is worldwide and price is in addition to local taxes and fees which may be legally required. Handling fees include the careful packaging we do to ensure your gemstone arrives safely
