Holley Blue Agate tablet pair

$95.00
Do you love a soft lavender color? Have you heard of Holley Blue Agate? This chalcedony only comes from one place in the world, and that's the hillsides of Holley Oregon near Sweethome. The problem is that about 30 years ago, all access to this material was closed off by the property owner, making it nearly impossible to get any. This agate, while called Holley Blue, generally is a purple/lavender color with peach tints in the right lighting. These two pieces are matched in size and shape and have only the slightest variations in color. This is some of the best material of this type you'll find. This pair, cut into a diamond shaped tablet with irregular angles, would make a stunning set of earrings or would look fabulous on a brooch or pendant.

Huge 17.25ct Golden Champagne Oregon Sunstone

$360.00
This stone has golden overtones with hints of green. It measures 15.3x15.3 and is 12.5mm deep. This would make an amazing pendant. Oregon Sunstone, the state's official gemstone, comes in colors ranging from warm pinks and brilliant red or reddish orange to deep green and teal, but champagne is the most common color found. The colors come from microscopic copper platelets within the stone. Sometimes, they appear as bright coppery "schiller," and other times, they appear as colors in the stone. Many stones will have both. Typically, Oregon Sunstone crystals are not big enough to produce a stone of this size. Many crystals found are 5-20ct. A stone of 50-60cts is rare.

Huge 22.91ct tri-color Oregon Sunstone

$3,435.00
Oregon Sunstone, the always natural and untreated state gem is a rare feldspar containing copper, which gives it not only a wide range of colors, but also the aventurescent quality called "schiller" from thousands of microscopic bits of copper inside the stone. Usually, these crystals get only as large as 60-70cts before being cut. Often, bigger crystals have fractures, which makes cutting large stones over 10cts difficult. This stone, however, is not the norm. It weighs a massive 22.9ct and measures 23x17mm. It's the largest stone in my inventory. Just being large isn't the only thing that makes this stone special, though. The tri-color green, pink, and gold or "mystique" color is one of the rarest for Oregon Sunstone. Watch the colors shift and move as the stone turns. The concave cutting on this gem also ads to the brilliance, giving it a radient shine. It is truly a one of a kind masterpiece.
